Repeatability across days

Before a remake window closes, ask whether both lenses will be replaced as a matched product or whether one-lens replacement is intended. Confirm how color and transition matching will be assessed and what documentation will identify the delivered lenses.

At delivery, repeat equal exposure, position swap, indoor clearing, and functional task observations before accepting the case as resolved. Store the new serial or product identification beside both pre-service and post-service image sets.
